Arrival Time
Guests are kindly requested to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment duration to ensure that subsequent appointments begin as scheduled.

Indemnity
The spa, its owners, management, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death that may occur during a visit or as a result of using the spa’s facilities, treatments, or services, whether due to negligence or otherwise.

Prices & Services
All prices and treatments are subject to change without prior notice. Spa vouchers are valid for the services and value specified at the time of purchase.

Personal Belongings
The spa cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

Mobile Phones
To ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests, mobile phones are to be switched off or set to silent while in the spa.

Voucher Validity
Spa vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash unless required by law. Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption and are subject to availability.

Health Conditions
Guests are responsible for informing the spa of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy prior to treatment.
